Family Constellations Workshop

Family Constellations work is for those who are looking for ways to untangle and free themselves from seen and unseen dynamics associated with the experience of transgenerational trauma. Using this body-focused group process, we will rethink the meanings of old ancestral stories that led us to being alive today. We will also re-examine the safety of the narrow places we were given in our families as a result of some of these inherited expired scripts. In our circle, we will search for creative new ways of taking your place in this lifetime.

Feel free to bring up any pattern in which you currently find yourself stuck. A newly found 3D map of our relationship with ourselves, a compassion filled insight into the origins of an old unwanted pattern,  greater spontaneity and playfulness are some of the typical takeaways from a day of Family Constellations work. No prior experience is necessary. I trust the benefits of this collective work for all who participate no matter if you end up being a witness or a focus client.
