In this fall's Family Constellations Workshop, we will explore how we carry our blind loyalty to our first love in life—our mother. With deep respect to her voice inside of us, her pain, and her dreams, we will take a step towards our own belonging and freedom.

By following the life force that came through Her, we will discover ways to take Her in as a resource. In the course of our day together, through experiential exercises and one client-focused series of family constellations, you can expect to gain a new, embodied, 3D picture view of the internalized familial patterns and dynamics that might have made you stuck in your self-care practice, love relationships and relationship with your younger self.
