As the fall comes to the end, we gather at the threshold of winter--a time to slow down, turn inward, release what is no longer needed, and gather strength for the season ahead in a circle.

Through Rebozo Massage, Shamanic Medicine Wheel and Slavic Sauna, we will explore ways of preparing body, mind and spirit for the inward season of winter. Our two day (Nov14-15) women's retreat will include ritual, bodywork, heat, nourishing seasonal food and drink, herbs, reflection and time for rest and integration. We will work with Medicine Wheel to reflect on the cycles of nature and our own lives. Rebozo massage offers a practice of being held, receiving and giving support and being brought back to the body. In the Slavic sauna, heat steam and herbs will create an opportunity for cleansing, warming and renewal.
