Fall Family Constellations Workshop

Do the emotional blocks in your family feel intractable and mysterious? Do you have trouble accessing the flow of love in family, community, and within yourself? Do your contemporary relationships sometimes feel like reenactments of the past? The embodied process and philosophy of Family Constellations shine a light on the ways in which current circumstances are often entangled in the buried dynamics and traumas of previous generations. 

Using Family Constellations, we will begin to identify those in the lineage who have been rejected -- and parts of ourselves that have been abandoned out of hidden loyalty to them. Together, we can find new ways to support the grieving of everything that couldn’t be grieved by our ancestors and thus is held in our bodies without our knowing. Using this body-focused group process, we can begin to decipher the messages we secretly carry and bring back the life force that we needed for our well-being today.
