The transgenerational trauma didn’t start with you—but what if it can end with you?

Our modern nervous systems tend to carry invisible patterns of self-neglect inherited from the experience based ruptured sense of safety and expectancy encoded in a family’s emotional DNA. By looking at the embodied constellation picture of our relational histories (a 3D map of how love flows in the families), we will have an opportunity to integrate our lost fragments of self and settle in our home inside.
